Salads definitely do not have to be boring. I love getting creative with my meals and these bowls show you just how. From adding hummus to roasted Brussel sprouts to different types of protein, these salads are so delicious that they don’t even require dressing. They’re also super filling so you won’t be left feeling unsatisfied!

 

  1. Chickpea, Chicken and Avocado Salad Bowl

This salad is packed with protein and fiber. Add your favorite balsamic vinaigrette and you’re good to go!

Ingredients:

– 1-2 cups arugula salad

– 3/4 cup chicken baked with lemon, garlic flavorgod seasoning

– 1/2 cup chickpeas

– 1 hardboiled egg

– 1/4 an avocado (1/2 pictured)

– 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

– handful of sliced carrots

– dressing of choice

Fix Containers: 1 1/2 red, 2 green, 1 blue, 1 yellow, 1 orange.

 

2. Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Soft Boiled Egg Salad Bowl

The combination of hummus, soft boiled eggs and roasted Brussel sprouts provides the perfect texture to this salad.

Ingredients:

– 1-2 cups mixed greens

– 1/4 cup baked Brussel sprouts in 2 tsp. olive oil & garlic flavorgod seasoning 

– 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

– 1/4 cup chopped cucumber

– 1/4 cup chopped red onion

– 2 soft boiled eggs

– hummus

Fix Containers: 1 red, 1 blue, 2 green, 2 tsp.

 

3. Edamame, Egg Salad Bowl

With bell peppers, tomatoes and edamame, this salad packs a sweet and crunchy combo.

Ingredients:

– 1-2 cups mixed greens

– 2 hard boiled eggs

– 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

– 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers

– 1/8 chopped onion

– 1/2 cup edamame

– dressing of your choice

Fix containers: 1 red, 2 green, 1 yellow, 1 orange.
