Everyone knows a healthy breakfast is key to staying on track. That’s why I’m sharing these simple combinations to enjoy on the weekend or to make before work. From two savory ideas to a sweet oatmeal combo, these recipes are clean, delicious and easy to make.

1. Egg, Avocado Bowl


Mixed Greens
Two Hard Boiled Eggs
Lemon,Garlic Flavorgod Seasoning
Red & Yellow Bell Peppers
Balsamic Vinaigrette

2. Heart-Shaped Eggs with Hummus


Brighten up your morning with these heart-shaped eggs. Seriously though, I love the combination of eggs, hummus, lentils and veggies. It’s so good that you don’t even need dressing to go with it. Get these fun shaped stainless steel molds from Amazon to make your food into works of art.

Two Sunny Side Up Eggs
1/2 cup Lentils
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Bell Peppers
Garlic Lovers Flavorgod Seasoning

3. Epic Oats with Fruit and Goji Berries


Fuel yourself with nature’s sweetness. No need for adding sugar to your oatmeal when you have plenty of fruit on hand!

1 cup oat fashioned oats (measured wet)
2 tsp. coconut oil (makes oatmeal creamy)
Goji Berries

Portion Containers: 2 yellow, 2 purple, 2 tsp.
