This simple pancake recipe is the perfect healthy breakfast! Try it when you’re craving something sweet or when you need a little morning pick-me-up.
1/3 cup oats
4 egg whites
1/4 cup blueberries
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 – 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Blend all ingredients together except the blueberries. Then, mix in the blueberries but don’t blend them. Cook in a pan and enjoy.
