After an epic spinning class this morning, I didn’t wanted to ruin my workout with crappy dyed green beer. So if you’re trying to have a healthier, green St. Patty’s Day, give one of these three smoothies a shot. They are super yummy and your tummy will thank you later ;).

(1) Kale-Banana Blast

1 cup kale

1 cup almond milk

1 banana

(2) Kale-Banana Blast with a Twist

1 cup kale

1 cup almond milk

1 banana

1/2 cup arugula

1/4 cup mint

(3) Coconut Green Machine

Image

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 frozen banana

2 cups of spinach
