  • I just found your blog today and I think it’s great and very informative. Im doing 21 Day Fix and have SHAKEOLOGY, which I really like. But, I saw that you use SHAKEOLOGY and VEGA sport. Which do you prefer health-wise? Vega appeared to have less sugar and carbs…but, it has probiotics, amino acids, etc..

  • THIS LOOKS AWESOME! I just started this diet and was wanting to do smoothies cause I love a good green smoothie but was trying to figure out how without the shakeolgy! Love your blog! Cause I am a bit overwhelmed by all this.
