Keeping my meals simple and clean since Coachella Weekend 2 isn’t far off. Here’s a look at what my food looks like today.

Meal 1 (not shown): Oatmeal with 1 scoop Chocolate Vega Performance Protein

Meal 2: 4 oz. chicken with sweet potato

Meal 3: 4 oz. chicken spinach salad with blueberries, mushrooms & balsamic vinaigrette

Meal 4: 4 oz. chicken and baby carrots

Meal 5: 4 oz. chicken and baby carrots with cucumbers

Meal 6: 4 oz. ground turkey and sauté bell peppers & mushrooms

Meal 7 (not shown): Chocolate chip cookie dough quest bar & a handful of almonds

  • When preparing a weeks meals I understand you cook the meat but what about the veggies? You store cooked veggies for a week? I just ordered my containers. Please reply!
