Looking for a total body workout that doesn’t require any equipment? This is the workout for you! I was looking to switch it up a little and lucky that it’s warm enough in California to take my workout to the beach but you can definitely do these moves from anywhere.
My co-worker Chris Rocchio help me put this together and let’s just say this workout is no joke.
Do each move below for one minute and 20 second rest between moves (feel free to adjust if needed). Do entire circuit at least 2 times. Bonus: add a sprint at the end of each circuit.
Alternating front lunges
Side planks (30 sec each side)
Oblique crutches (30 seconds each side)
Alternating reverse lunges
Spider lunge with rotation
Pistol squats (30 seconds each leg)
Plank to squat
Pull ups (sub in a decline push-up if you have no bar)
Inversions (sub a forearm plank or dolphins)
