1. Put dressing at the bottom
2. Add wet ingredients like beans, tomatoes or fruit
3. Add Protein Layer

This chicken salad jar is stacked to perfection and packed with veggies. I love the combination of chickpeas, tomatoes & cucumbers.  Here are the layers bottom to top:

1. Balsamic vinaigrette

2. 1/2 cup of chickpeas

3. Baby heirloom tomatoes

4. Sliced cucumber

5. 3/4 cup chicken
