The combination of edamame, carrots, red bell peppers, & onions make this a delicious appetizer, side dish or light meal. Serve it cold or sauté in a skillet.
Ingredients:
– 1 tsp. sesame oil
– 1/4 medium onion
– 1/3 cup shredded carrots
– 1/2 a red bell pepper
– 1/3 cup of edmame
– 2 green onions
– lemon, garlic flavorgod seasoning
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or sauté in a pan if desired hot.
