I’m totally addicted to oatmeal pancakes and these chocolate, coffee ones were a fun twist. If you are feeling adventurous, give it a whirl.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 medium banana
1/2 cup coffee
1/4 unsweetened almond milk
1/8 cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 packets of stevia
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Cook in pan & enjoy. Makes 2 pancakes.
A touch of maple syrup and sliced bananas on top make for the perfect combination.
