Tried this healthy variation of cookie dough and it was pretty damn good. Perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth without all the guilt.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup egg whites
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Handful or two of dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender except chocolate chips. Add chocolate chips after and freeze for an hour or two. Remove, refrigerate, and enjoy.
