Costco has a ton of healthy food options—you just have to know what to look for! There’s also plenty of junk food and misleading “health” food, so reading the ingredients is always important.

I put together some of my favorite healthy Costco grocery finds so you can easily copy and paste these ideas into your next shopping list.

Reminder: Costco’s inventory varies by location, but many of these products are current staples.

Focus on real, whole-food ingredients first—not just “high-protein,” “low-calorie,” “organic,” or “keto” claims on the front of the package. Many of those products are still ultra-processed. At Costco especially, the marketing can be very misleading, so always flip the package over and check the ingredient list!
