Ingredients:
1 cup kale
1 cup almond milk
1 banana
(2) Kale-Banana Blast with a Twist
1 cup kale
1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup arugula
1/4 cup mint
(3) Coconut Green Machine
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 frozen banana
2 cups of spinach
