With spring coming into full effect, I’m excited to add in some spring seasonal items. This spinach, strawberry, & blueberry combination makes this salad such a delight.

– 3/4 cup cooked chicken

– 1/2 cup blueberries

– 1/2 cup strawberries

– 1 1/2 cups spinach

– 1/4 cup slivered almonds

– dressing: 1 tsp olive oil with 1 tsp. vinaigrette
