What to grab:

  • Chicken meatballs

  • Red lentil pasta

  • Organic vodka sauce

  • Shredded mozzarella or parmesan

How to make it:

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the red lentil pasta according to package directions (about 6–8 minutes).

  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the chicken meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through (6–8 minutes).

  3. Drain pasta and return to the pot. Stir in vodka sauce and meatballs.

  4. Top with shredded cheese and let it melt before serving.

Dinner 2: Grass-Fed Beef Bowl

How to make it:

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat (7–10 minutes), breaking it apart as it cooks.

  2. Heat cauliflower rice in a pan or microwave.

  3. Layer cauliflower rice in a bowl, add beef, then top with sliced avocado and salsa.

How to make it:
