Breakfast is an essential part of everyone’s diet. You don’t want to start the day off starving and next thing you know you’re reaching for the nearest snack in your work cabinet. These overnight oat mason jar recipes an easy add to your weekly meal prep and perfect for a grab-n-go lifestyle. @Chris.rocchio_fit came up with these creative combinations and I was stoked to be able to feature them on my blog. Simply store them in your fridge for the week and add water as you go.
1. Goji & Blueberry Walnut Oats
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup organic overnight oatmeal
1/4 cup ancient grain & super seed oatmeal
1 tbsp goji berries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 serving chocolate protein (like shakeology or vega performance protein)
*just add water
2. Coconut, Hemp Seed Oats
1/2 cup organic overnight oatmeal
1/4 cup ancient grain & super seed oatmeal
1/4 cup blueberries
3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1 serving chocolate or vanilla protein
2 tbsp organic coconut flakes
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Touch of cinnamon
*just add water
3. Pomegranate, Chia Seed Oats
3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup organic oatmeal
1/4 cup ancient grain & super seed oatmeal
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 serving chocolate or vanilla protein
*just add water
