Meal prepping can save you so much time and effort in the long run once you get the hang of it! I continue to swear by my meal prep methods with my crazy, busy schedule and I wanted to share these side dishes with you that are a home run for your taste buds and super easy to make.
- Two-Bean, Corn Salad

This combo of black beans, white beans and corn make a super satisfying side dish and easy as F to make! Check out the recipe below:
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, rinsed and drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 fresher squeezed lemon
1 tbsp. Olive oil
Lemon & Garlic Flavorgod seasoning
Mix all beans, corn and onion in a bowl. Top with olive oil, lemon, cilantro & seasoning.
- Chickpea, Tomato Corn Salad

Love this throw-together combination! If you add a little bit of avocado when you go to eat it, you won’t be sorry.
Ingredients:
1 can organic corn, rinsed & drained
1 can organic chickpeas, rinsed & drained
1/2 cup – 1 cup chopped white onions
1 small carton cherry tomatoes (cut each one in half)
1 lemon
Lemon & Garlic Flavorgod seasoning
3 tsp. olive oil
cilantro, to taste
Instructions:
Combine corn, chickpeas, white onions and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Mix well and add olive oil, squeezed lemon, and Flavorgod seasoning. Top with cilantro and enjoy.
- Mango, Black Bean Corn Salsa
In case you missed this in my previous post, this sweet combo is to die for!
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) black beans
½ can (15 oz) sweet corn
2 mangos, diced
1 cup white onion, diced
1-2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes (sliced)
2 limes
Cilantro, to taste
Himalayan salt (optional)
Directions:
Slice mangos, onions and cherry tomatoes.
Add diced fruit and veggies to a bowl along with black beans and corn.
Mix all ingredients.
Squeeze lime juice over mixture.
Season to taste with salt
Sprinkle cilantro on top.
Transfer the salsa to the fridge to rest until chilled.
Serve on top of meat or enjoy as a side dish.
