Who ready to kick some butt this week? I know I am and have the right meal prep to keep me on track. This week I’m doing 21 Day Fix EXTREME countdown to competition style. It’s perfect if you’re trying to get lean & tighten up.
It is super easy because you get to eat so many meals! The main difference between this and the way I regularly eat is no fruit, less carbs & a little less fat. Below is all the food for one day so I definitely don’t get hungry.
Meal 1: Oatmeal & Egg Whites & 1 tsp. coconut oil (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 tsp)
Meal 2: 4 oz. baked chicken w/ lemon @flavorgod seasoning & sweet potatoes (1 red, 1 yellow)
Meal 3: 4 oz. baked chicken w/ lemon @flavorgod seasoning & bell pepper salad (1 red, 1 green)
Meal 4: 4 oz baked chicken w/ sundried tomatoes & onion and broccoli (1 red, 1 green)
Meal 5: 4 oz baked chicken w/ lemon @flavorgod seasoning & bell pepper salad (1 red, 1 green)
Meal 6: 4 oz baked chicken w/ garlic @flavorgod seasoning & broccoli (1 red, 1 green)
Meal 7 (if I’m hungry): Ground Turkey sautéed w/ 1 tsp olive oil, onion & mushrooms and broccoli (1 red, 1 green, 1 tsp)
Q: Where do you get the black containers?
A: Click here to buy the same containers from amazon.
Q: Do you get bored of eating the same thing every day?
A: No at all! I switch it up on a weekly basis and choose my healthy favorites that I don’t mind eating often. I also add different seasonings to keep things interesting.
Q: Do you pre-cook all your food at the beginning of the week or do you just cut it up and package it? Does the food stay fresh all week?
A: I personally like to pre-cook all my food! I keep it properly refrigerated and find that it stays fresh up to 5 days. If you prefer, you can totally freeze the last 2 days or cook 2-3 days at a time.
Q: Can you put any of these meals in the freezer?
A: I personally don’t but I know people who do but just remember to thaw it in time.
Q: So lost…use the colored containers and dump into the larger ones?
A: The colored containers are from 21 Day Fix/21 Day Fix EXTREME. I use it to help me measure out the proportions of all my food then put it into my black chefland containers for organization and mobility reasons.

Hey there, awesome blog! I have some questions if you have the time 🙂 What are the average times during the day you take each meal? For example, when you do 5 per day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner). At what time do you usually work out? I see that on this meal prep you mention “no fruit”, not even 1 citric/banana/apple per day? Big hugs from Buenos Aires!
I usually workout in the AM before I eat anything. I eat starting around 8:30am then every 2-3 hours after that 🙂 If I add a second workout, I’ll have probably eaten 3 meals before that then workout around 2-3pm.
On this stricter “diet”, you’re not supposed to eat fruit but this one is a little crazier. Regular 21 Day Fix EXTREME allows you to eat 3+ servings a fruit a day. You can see my older posts for that. Hope that helps & let me know if you have any more questions!
Thanks for the quick reply. I was wondering if I could share with you the meals I do daily along with my routine, if you have the time to give me just a quick feedback that would be great. I started to eat healthy and cleaned my diet around 2-3 months ago, but it’s a process and I make tweaks every week to see how if affects my energy.
I have a question is there a grocery list with every post or do you use the same list twice
Keep in mind, she is a professional athlete. If this meal plan is too EXTREME for you, try reversing this and eating for two days on the 21 Day Fix EXTREME meal plan, and one day on the Countdown to Competition Diet.
