Make your meal prep Monday epic with this fantastic recipe! This meal is packed with flavor but is still super easy to make. Simplicity and deliciousness packed into one simple meal prep – who’s in?
What you need for this recipe:
1 sweet potato
2 eggs
1-2 pieces of turkey bacon
Flavorgod Seasoning
(Makes 2 Servings)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F
With a fork, pierce sweet potato skin 5-6 times.
Place on baking sheet lined with foil. Bake until tender, about 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Cut sweet potato in half length wise & scoop out middle.
Wrap outside edge with a turkey bacon (may need to cut in half length wise) and pour in an egg slowly.
Place back in oven.
Bake until egg is cooked through about 20-25 min.
Season with @flavorgod seasoning.
Enjoy!
